Udayan and Shaniqua: A Wedding fit for a King and Queen

Shaniqua and Udayan were married at Barclay Villa on a rainy Saturday in March, but they didnt let the rain get them down! One of my very favorite brides. We just had the same vision and to see it to completion was such a gift. I loved getting to work with them and their vision. They chose unique elements that made the space beautiful. And only 5 days after their wedding day, Udayan graciously left us a glowing review on The Knot.

Fun floral hoops for Shaniqua's bridesmaids!

Shaniqua's bouquet was so beautiful...all the color and textures made it wonderful to design.

The couple had originally wanted to get married in the garden at Barclay Villa but due to rain they decided to have an indoor ceremony. We set up the arch inside, in front of the ornate mantle and added greenery and hanging globes.

The ceremony space was flipped into the reception space during cocktail hour. The arch then became a beautiful back drop to their head table. It was definitely fit for a king and queen!

Candles, greenery, pops of flowers...a perfect combo for Shaniqua and Udayan's reception.

The rain stopped for some great wedding party shots outside!

Thank you for trusting us with your vision and we wish you all the happiness in the world.
